To provide more time for her patients and ease the scheduling process with greater availability and shorter wait times, Dr. Greenwald does not participate in any insurance plans. Your office visit may not be covered by your insurance plan; however, you will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance carrier, HSA or FSA. Any labs, imaging, or studies are still covered under your insurance plan, though coverage will vary depending on your insurance company.

Each new patient visit will be scheduled for approximately one hour to ensure a comprehensive evaluation. Follow-up visits will be scheduled for 30 minutes, with longer visits available if needed. The office is private and comfortable—you will feel unrushed as we address your concerns in detail. Labs can be drawn in the office as needed.

Patients will be charged per office visit, and Dr. Greenwald will continue to provide concierge-type service, as she has for the past 20 years. She remains affiliated with White Plains Hospital, which means that even though she is transitioning to a new practice model, access to your medical records and patient portal will remain uninterrupted.
